Did you know? Once you get approved for a home loan all factors of credit, debt and income must remain intact. If you intend on buying a car or making a large purchase during your process consult with lender first.

Step 1: Consult With Lender

Once we've signed to work together exclusively the first step is getting pre-approved by a lender for financial backing

Step 2: Homes Of Interest

Once we know our buying power in the market we can proceed to selecting homes that fit your desires ie. location and amenities

Step 3: Tour With A Purpose

Our goal at this stage is to hone in on our top choices and prepare to submit an offer on the property with due diligence period in mind

Step 4: Due Diligence Fees

With an offer comes due diligence fee and earnest money deposits; negotiable fees a buyer pays to a seller for time to inspect property

Step 5: Offer Accepted

Once the seller and you, the buyer has agreed to move forward with the offer and negotiations (if any) we are officially under contract

Step 6: Inspect To Protect

This is our specified time as a team to inspect the property to ensure that everything checks out ie. appraisals, pest, flood zone etc

Step 7: Clear To Close

The final hoorah from your lender once all the details of the property align with the value; we are in the clear for any final walk throughs

Step 8: Closing Day Matters

You made it through your home buying journey and it's now closing day. You will finally get the keys to your new home. congrats!
